LOGISTICS

EMP takes care of your printed matter from beginning to end. This includes delivery to the right address in The Netherlands or any other place in the world, as well as handling all matters regarding VAT and import taxes. EMP knows all the ins and outs with regard to logistics, from warehousing and order picking to fulfilment and track-and-trace deliveries.

PURCHASING

Your total volume of printed matter forms the basis for our purchasing scan. We distinguish between four segments: marketing, corporate, facility and other printed matter. For each segment, we provide an overview of possible cost savings.

Based on the purchasing scan, a plan of action is drawn up which details how the reported savings can be achieved and possible process optimisations can be carried out. Naturally, we also provide competitive prices for your ad hoc orders. Thanks to our extensive knowledge of the suppliers market, continuous benchmarking and a large purchasing volume with an international network of first class suppliers, we will always find the perfect match of quality, delivery time and purchasing rates.

Outsourcing your procurement and operational assistance to EMP means choosing not just for cost savings but also for efficiency through process optimisation.

ADVICE

A perfect end result starts with good advice. Whether it concerns the type of paper, the end size, the finishing or the entire planning of production, our team of project managers are experts in the field of printing and are ready to independently advise you.

We will look after the entire production process, from design/DTP to delivery. Stocking ideal quantities, managing your corporate and print work and marketing content, naturally within our EMP Brand Portal solution, form part of our advice.

EXECUTION

You, the customer, are EMP’s main focus. You will be assigned a designated contact person who will assist you throughout the process. All agreements between yourself and EMP are recorded in a detailed purchase order. The project manager, who is your designated EMP contact person , is responsible for managing the production planning and suppliers, checking quality and delivering as agreed.

Your print job will only be a success if the predicted cost savings are indeed achieved. Cost management is therefore a key factor to our project manager.

OUR TEAM

An ambitious company with an informal personality and a ‘work hard play hard’ mentality. This is what founders Edwin Jonkman and Martijn the Jong had in mind in 2009, when they established their print managing company EMP. A continuous focus on an optimal balance between price and quality and a wide range of technical support.
